Business Analyst · Automation & Systems Builder

I find the problem, then I build the fix.

I'm the only business analyst in a company of 700+, so I don't stop at the requirements doc.

I design the database, write the SQL, wire up the Salesforce and Power Automate flows, and ship working apps. Lately that includes full-stack products I build with AI-assisted coding. MBA, Webster University.

What I do

Most teams hand off between the analyst, the admin, the data person and the developer. I cover all four, so a request goes from a hallway conversation to something people actually use.

01 · Understand

Business analysis

Requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews and process mapping. I find where work is done by hand, and what it costs.

  • Requirements
  • Process mapping
  • Jira roadmaps
  • Training docs

02 · Automate

Salesforce & Power Platform

Flows, triggers and integrations that remove repetitive work. API calls stitch the systems together where no connector exists.

  • Salesforce Flow
  • SOQL
  • Power Automate Cloud
  • Power Automate Desktop
  • Power Apps
  • PowerShell
  • REST APIs

03 · Build & measure

Data, apps & reporting

Relational schemas, SQL and dashboards that leadership trusts. I also build full applications using AI-assisted coding.

  • SQL
  • Postgres
  • Redshift
  • MongoDB
  • Power BI / DAX
  • Next.js
  • Supabase
  • AWS

Projects

Internal apps, automations and products I've planned, designed and built, from a one-month Power Apps deadline to a multi-tenant web platform.

PS Homes

An operating system for short-term rental hosts. It puts bookings, cleanings, inventory, maintenance, payouts and branded guest pages in one place, replacing five spreadsheets and a group chat.

  • Designed the full relational data model in Postgres, with row-level security so each account only sees its own properties.
  • Four roles with their own views: owners, cohosts with per-person permissions, cleaners, and admins.
  • Syncs Airbnb and VRBO calendars over iCal, then drives cleaning schedules from the bookings.
  • Finance module splits payouts and bills by owner percentage, calculates cohost cuts and settles balances.
  • Password-protected guest guide per property: WiFi, check-in, appliance how-tos with photos and video.
  • Calendar
  • Cleanings
  • Inventory
  • Lawn care
  • Maintenance approvals
  • Purchases
  • Payouts & bills
  • Reports

Apps & platforms

Power AppsBuilt in 1 month

A Player App

An internal performance app. Every role had different metrics; I needed one way to track them all daily.

  • Built the internal database behind every performance input.
  • Daily Wins: employees log metrics like "booked 3 meetings"; the app rolls them into a monthly score.
  • Audits: replaced inconsistent Excel audits with role-specific questions tied to contributor and client.
  • WFH: managers approve remote eligibility; contributors opt in and pick days, visible to their team and HR.

ResultMonthly scores now set remote-work eligibility automatically.

Product management2021–2022

SapperSuite

The company's primary internal application: company-wide data and the hub for every outside tool.

  • Managed a multinational development team and the Jira roadmap.
  • Client Overview: a client portal for managing meetings CRM-style, approving content and reviewing metrics.
  • Capacity: schedule onboardings, forecast employee capacity and track new-client revenue.
  • Content: write in SapperSuite, route to the client for approval, push straight to Outreach.
  • SQL
  • Redshift
  • Power BI
  • AWS Batch · S3 · CloudWatch
Power AppsStrategy team

Sapper Strategy App

Helps the strategy team spot common client performance problems without leaving their workflow.

  • Self Filter: deep-dive a client's targeting areas inside the app.
  • Asana tasks: one click creates a task with the right person tagged and client details filled in.
  • Each task posts to HubSpot as a note, so every team sees it.
  • Ran discovery, training and beta testing with the teams.
  • Power Apps
  • Asana API
  • HubSpot

Automation

Abstrakt Marketing Group
Power Automate · PowerShell3 hrs per client

Onboarding Automation

Client onboarding took about 3 hours of manual setup each. I automated it end to end.

  • API calls plus Power Automate Cloud handle DNS setup, DKIM enablement and name server assignment.
  • Power Automate Desktop drives PowerShell to create senders and domains in Office 365.

ResultSaves the company thousands of dollars every month.

Power Automate · PowerShellAPIs

Offboarding Automation

The companion to onboarding: the client offboarding process, automated so it no longer depends on someone doing it by hand.

  • Power Automate Desktop and Cloud orchestrate the steps.
  • PowerShell and platform APIs handle the teardown.

ResultAnother process saving thousands of dollars a month.

Migration1,500+ clients

Smartlead Transition

Helped lead the move from Outreach to Smartlead.

  • Migrated more than 1,500 clients and 10 million emails.
  • Automated adding senders to the new platform.
  • Built a daily feed of sending data into Power BI dashboards.
  • Researched the platform and trained the team on it.

Result10M+ emails moved, with daily sending data feeding Power BI.
